General terms and conditions of business

1: The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the apartment has been booked and confirmed by telephone or in writing. It is urgently necessary to provide the complete home address, e-mail address and telephone number, otherwise the booking cannot be guaranteed.

2: The deposit of 10% of the agreed rental price must be transferred to our account within 7 days of receipt of the booking confirmation.

The balance is to be paid upon arrival.

We accept cash or EC cards.

3: In order to be able to carry out a thorough cleaning when the guests change, the apartment is available to you from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

If you arrive after 6 p.m., please contact us so that we can be there to hand over the keys.

An extension of the stay into the afternoon is only possible subject to availability and after prior agreement with the landlord for an additional charge.

4: The final cleaning included in the price does not include the cleaning of the dishes. This is to be done by the guest himself, i.e. please wash the dishes and cutlery and put them away clean in the appropriate cupboards. If this has to be done by the landlord, we will charge you €25.00.

Please empty the dishwasher and put the dishes in the cupboards.

5: Please report broken or lost furnishings or other damage so that a replacement can be provided.

Damage, other defects and missing items are to be reported immediately after your arrival. We will try to fix this as soon as possible.

The apartments and furnishings are to be treated with care by the guest.

Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. If you fail to do so, we will charge you an increased cleaning fee of €100.00.

6: The use of our free car park, the garden with barbecue and the playground equipment is at your own risk.

We assume no liability for any damage.

7: The indicated prices apply to a stay of 4 days or more. A surcharge will be charged for short-term rentals - see price list.

8: We would like to politely draw your attention to our cancellation policy:

Cancellations from 28 days before arrival 30% of the agreed price

Cancellations from 14 days before arrival 60% of the agreed price

Cancellations from 7 days before arrival 70% of the agreed price

Cancellations less than 3 days before arrival or no-show 80% of the agreed price.

In order to avoid losses or to keep them to a minimum, the landlord is obliged in good faith to re-let the unused apartment as quickly as possible.

9: Your data collected during your stay will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and stored for the legally prescribed time and then deleted.

10: In the district of Nieder-Werbe, a tourism fee of €1.00 per day is charged all year round for all persons over the age of 14.

It offers numerous benefits such as discounted entry to leisure facilities, museums, etc.

11: German law applies exclusively.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is 34497 Korbach.
